Beyoncé "Morning Dew (Donk)" debuts — her 33rd R&B/Hip-Hop top 10

Beyoncé's "Morning Dew (Donk)" — her first release since 2024's "Cowboy Carter" — came out July 4 and debuts at No. 7 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, her 33rd top 10 there. It also lands at No. 4 on Hot R&B Songs and No. 26 on the Hot 100, drawing 8.5 million U.S. streams through July 9. The track introduces the 20th-anniversary edition of "B'Day," due September 4.

Steve Lacy "Oh yeah?" out July 17 — his third album, and his most personal

Steve Lacy releases his third album "Oh yeah?" on July 17 via RCA. He's described it as his most personal work to date, and lead single "the feeling" is already out. Young Thug announces "The New Generation Tour" — first headline run since 2019

It kicks off September 1 in Rogers, AR, runs through 18 North American cities, then picks up in Amsterdam on October 14 for the European leg. Syd "Beard" out July 17 — a stacked co-production roster on her third solo LP

The Internet's Syd drops her third solo album "Beard" the same day. She co-produced all 12 tracks, with contributions from Rodney Jerkins, Raphael Saadiq, James Fauntleroy, Big Sean, Van Hunt and Jordan Ward. With that lineup behind the boards, there's plenty here from a producer's perspective.

Larry June "Who Coppin" lands the same day
